Reading Settings Options Stored

  • I need to manually edit my database and change one of the reading settings.

    Which database table are the reading settings stored?

  • Which setting, a bit more information would help?

    Use FireFox and FireBug to find the Control ID, or is it that you cannot get into the Admin > Settings > Reading, to change the setting?

    It is likely the setting will be in the table wp-option, this is where the options are stored, however many settings are saved in serielized arrays, so if could be hard to find.
