Reading Progress Bar is not work with colors others than the default green color

Well, I have just checked your issue and tried to reproduce it on my end and get the same issue also. Can’t able to change the default color. However, I have already talked about this issue with my dev team. They’re already investigating it and Hope It will be fixed ASAP.

Sorry for the delay to reach you. Well, I can reproduce why it’s happening. It’s only happening when I make a section saved template with enabling the reading progress bar, then applying the shortcode to use that template inside the other widget. After that, Reading Progress Bar is not working with colors other than the default color.

So if you didn’t do the above things, and still face the same issue, I suggest you please Contact here with the details. No worries. We will check deeply and get back to you soon.

I tried this by opening a fresh post. Without adding any elements on the page, I first enabled the Reading Progress Bar and changed the colour.

The progress bar is activated but does not change colour.

I will also open a ticket as you suggested.

The first support ticket was created 15 days before. The support person replied, they saw my query on the WordPress forum and trying to solve it. Please watch the forum for the quick solution.. The first support ticket was closed.

The second support ticket was created a week ago itself. They are saying everything was fine on their side. The second ticket was also closed.

Here, You have already gone through the error and confirmed to me the colour was not changing. I am also getting the same error till now.

You are asking to contact the support and the support asking to continue on the forum. I don’t know what to do.

The plugin has the Reading Progress Bar available on the free version, why do I need to contact the support person outside of this WordPress forum?

Proper and quick solutions help me better.
