    I have been having trouble with readers subscribing to my blog. I have updated my subscription plugin and did a test with a new email address. It seems to be working ok now.

    I have a reader who is having trouble subscribing. She is not getting the confirmation email. I recall that I was told last year that if she had tried to enter her email address once, she could not enter it again for several months.

    The email address of the subscriber is [email protected]

    Is there a way of helping me to allow her to subscribe?
