Readablity not showing

I posted a late response so I apologise for that
I have worked on my homepage and in “Classic Editor’ with ‘view Tab’ See here: https://www.screencast.com/t/E4paq33y the ‘eyes’ are not showing.
But on another page in the classic editor: https://www.screencast.com/t/r7zJ9f7EK
The ‘eyes’ are showing, I cannot work out why this is working on one page, but not on another.
