READ THIS FIRST, NO REFUNDS GIVEN

I have been using Elementor for 4 years now, no issues with the software, but customer service is horrible. I tried to get a refund and was denied with the B.S. excuse of a 3rd party. Brutal. Only purchase if you never want to cancel!! This company makes over 100 million a year and they can't refund me my 99 dollars?? Horrible! Here is the email I received from customer service... Hi there, Thanks for your message. We understand that you requested a refund for the renewal charge. Kindly note that our credit card payments are made via a third-party payment service provider who sends the request to your credit card issuer (credit card company/bank). Whether the request is approved or not due to a variety of reasons (in your case: credit card expiration) is out of our control. I recommend that you contact your bank or credit company for more information. Our refund policy only allows a refund within the first 30 days for new subscriptions, not for renewals and upgrades. If you have ‘Auto-Renew’ for your subscription switched on, you should have received a notification email 30 days before the payment is due, reminding you of the upcoming charge. You can switch your subscription to "manual renewal" at any time before the renewal is due. Again, our apologies for not being able to assist you further with the refund.? Thank you again for your understanding. Best, Ria
My CC expired, so I assumed (incorrectly) that my subscription would not renew because how could they charge a CC that has expired?? I have no idea but they charged me anyway. This company makes over 100 million a year and they can’t refund me my 99 dollars?? Horrible!
