    Before posting a new topic

    3. Update the theme and companion plugin to their latest versions.
    4. If you have a caching plugin, make sure to clear/purge the caches and also reset the CSS/JS minified files.
    5. Clear your browser caches.
    6. Deactivate all your active plugins and see if the issue is still there.
    7. If you are still experiencing an issue, please note the exact steps to reproduce it.
    8. Provide links and screenshots so we could be able to easily understand what issue you are facing.
