    If you still have a support query regarding Envira Lite, please ensure you include all of the following information:

    • WordPress Version
    • WP to Buffer Version
    • Screenshots demonstrating the issue
    • Exact steps taken to reproduce the issue (enough for anyone with Envira Lite installed to be able to take those steps and see the issue for themselves)
    • What the error is
    • What you expect to see
