If you need support for a technical problem where you either get an error message or don’t see the expected behaviour, it’s often helpful for us to see the ACF Field Group config.
The easiest way to provide it is to go to Custom Fields -> Tools and click export. Then paste the content resulting JSON file.
If you need support for a front end issue, where you display an edit form for users and formula fields fail to calculate properly. Please include a description of what plugins and front end tools you are using. There are many ways to get ACF filed on to a front end form and to help you we need to know how your setup looks like.
