    This forum is used to support the Lite versions of BetPress only.

    Before you make a post please make sure you searched for the answer in the:

    If you still think you should open a new topic consider mentioning the following information:

    • Your WordPress version
    • Your BetPress version
    • Your PHP version
    • (if you are having a problem) When you noticed the problem and what you think caused it?

    If you are having a problem with the plugin, could you please try to:

    • Deactivate all your other plugins one by one so you can see if your problem is caused by conflict with another plugin.
    • Change your theme so you can see if your problem is caused by conflict with your current theme.

    You can also contact us directly via mail: office at web-able dot com but that is NOT recommended unless it is real important for you or you want to share sensitive information.
