read or unread new massages

    just quick question pleas , on the wsdesk main dashboard how to find out the read and unread massages ? do i need to open them one by one

    Currently the read and unread messages option is not available in the plugin as of now,

    Currently I’m not sure of a plugin or a solution, but we’ll add this to our desired feature list to implement in the future.
