read only for the DHTMLX LTD spreadsheet plugin

I down loaded the subject spreadsheet plugin and its working mostly ok, but it can be edited right on the web page by anyone. There is supposed to be a read only feature, At least it is mentioned on the authors web site but no actual explanation of how to. That is any short code for read only status after the spreadsheet is generated and finalized.
