Read-Only Access to Woocommerce Orders

    Hello,

    I want to know if it’s possible to allow users to view Woocommerce orders in the WordPress dashboard, but not make changes to them. Is this possible?

    Also, more specifically, is there a way to edit ONLY the order note and nothing else?
