Yes. You can use HTML fields to include any text you wish to display as read-only in your form.

HTML fields are read-only by default, and you can include any content you like in them, including field values from other forms.

You can see an example of a read-only HTML field used as a thank-you message when submitting a simple form on my test site here: https://newcoolsite.ml/form-test-4/
