Read More plugin for article content, mobile only

Hey guys

Quite a few sites now are truncating their article content on mobile with a “read more” link or button that expands to show the rest of the article body.
An example of a plugin that does this via a hidden content shortcode is WP Show More but it works on both mobile and desktop.
Does anyone know of a decent plugin to do this but only when the content is viewed on mobile?
