'Read more' not linking

Hello and first of all, thank you for a great plugin.

I am having one issue with it that I would love a bit of help in resolving if possible.

At the bottom of the excerpts ‘Read More’ is displaying correctly but it is plain text rather than a link to the full length article.

Is there anything I can do to fix this so that it automatically links?
