Read More link shifts other team members down

  • Using Team Members Pro. I have two teams set up, an executive team and an employee team. On the executive team, when I hover over the “read more” link the other executive profile shifts down. On the employee team this does not happen. The settings on both teams are the same. Any idea how to fix this?
