Read More Link in Template

When I am using this code in my site:
[catlist id=2 numberposts=1 thumbnail=yes thumbnail_size=100,109 thumbnail_class="teaserbild" title_tag=span title_class="titel" excerpt=yes excerpt_size=19 excerpt_tag=span excerpt_class="teaser" posts_morelink="Ganzen Artikel lesen" posts_morelink_class="more"]the output shows the correct more link.
But when I move the default.php template file into my theme file (within a file called list-category-posts), the more link is gone, even though I havent changed anything in default.php, yet.
What needs to be changed?
