Read more / Less translation

    Hello,

    I send this message because after making a French translation of the plugin I’ve realized that the words “read more” and “less” could not be translated. Perhaps because they are in a javascript file ?

    It doesn’t bother me at all to make a translation, but the problem is that if I change the javascript file, the words “Read more” and “less” that have been changed to be in French, will be again in English if the plugin is updated.

    Would it be possible to make these translatable words from a po/mo, so that the change doesn’t disappear with each update?

    P.S: I’m using the lastest plugin’s version, which is 1.7.2.

    That is exactly the case, these words are output by javascript. I am planning to make some the javascript output accessible by options and translation, among which, excerpt length, “Read More” and “less” will be output by php to override the default in the js file. This will be pushed soon, hopefully this week given available time.
