Read more custom links?

  • Hello, is it possible to add a different link on the more tag?
    Like so:

    <!–more– href=”www.mysite.com”>

    I suppose it’s not possible, but how can I use something similar so I can link to a Page(from a post that includes more tag) but also keep the “read more” functionality?
