‘Read more’ button included in theme redirects to same page – how to remove it?

Hi, I’m pretty new to www.remarpro.com (had a free blog before, now using Bluehost), and my theme includes a ‘read more’ button after the text on my homepage which I don’t need and currently just redirects to the same homepage.
My theme is Interior Lite and the site in question is https://palletstudio.eu.

Is there a way to edit the php code or do something else to remove it? I’m happy with the theme overall.

Edit: I don’t mean the ‘read more’ buttons at the end of the 4 boxes on the homepage, I mean underneath that, where my page text content is, it’s cut off and the read more button directs to the same page and doesn’t show the rest of the text.
