• I noticed the plugin adds a read more link in the <head> section of a page. This results in printing the text more ?’ /> at the beginning of the page in the top, left corner.

    Source when plugin is disabled:

    <link rel="shortcut icon" href="https://28175.dcpserver.de/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/camera_favicon.png" type="image/x-icon" />
    <meta name='description' content='News 2 Text – Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consetetur sadipscing elitr, sed diam nonumy eirmod tempor invidunt ut labore et dolore magna aliquyam erat, sed diam voluptua. Any idea how to get rid of this behavior?

    Unfortunately found an other problem. The replacement of the “read more” text even occurs on pages where no blog-in-blog shortcut is being used. On my page this results in two read more-links on the frontpage where the latest posts are being displayed.

    what plugin are you using to output the meta description into the header?

    I′m not using any plugin for this. Maybe it′s in the theme – I could switch to Twenty Fourteen and compare if this helps.
