We find it more convenient to use dedicated qTranslate-X Support Forum: https://qtranslate-x.com/support/. The authors rather rarely watch this WordPress forum.
Before submitting a question anywhere, make sure to read
If you still have trouble:
- First, follow instruction for initial troubleshooting.
- If it is a “How To” question, then submit it on qTranslate-X Support Forum.
- If you think you found a bug, report it via “Contact Us” form.
- If you developed a new feature, fixed a bug, have a development idea, found a way to improve the code, submit pull request or issue at GitHub.
- For complex “How To” or Integration jobs submit a request for paid job.
Do not submit duplicates of your issue at different places, as this becomes very confusing for the authors to track the issue. In case you have to do it, especially when it was first reported here, at WordPress, then provide a link to the previous place with the same issue reported. Ideally, at previous place, add a comment that the issue was also submitted in such a such place(s) and mark it resolved. This will help us to save a little bit of time with not opening and reading the same issue again and again.
And do not submit your specific questions on this thread.
