Read log “0 times read”

  • Hello everyone,

    I’m developping a website with WordPress 5.0.3 (not yet updated) and I have a page with a form (Contact Form 7), which is used for a contest. Let me explain you the process :
    – The web user go to the page with the form and enters his information (name, email address, phone number, and some others informations I need to get for the contest)
    – An email is sent to the user (through Contact Form 7)
    – The information entered is stored in Contact Form DB

    Now I would like to track the opening rate of the emails sent to the web users. I found this plugin but I have a problem, for each line of the table, I have “0 times read” in the read log column. I don’t understand why the tracking is not working…

    Has this already happened to you? And do you have a solution to help me ?
