Hi, i have 2 premium plugins from this company. I just updated the most recent version of your plug in….again… an issue after the update …it sees with this company every time an update is to be done…there is issues afterwards? I don’t see why this keeps happening and from my experience BAD CODE or improper logic and use of code causes this.

    The Problem:
After update you wont be able to login in to your wordpress site, no matter how many times you try…It Does the “page refreshes” issue as if you just arrived to login.

From my experience this an issue due to .htaccess file getting corrupted by your plug in.

    Diag:
    1. I backed up my site to a previous version.
    2. had 5 plugins to update again … this time did that one by one… and logged out and logged in ….same done after each plugin updated….
    3. Zero issues until this plugin was updated!
    4. Could no longer log in! same issue again….
    5. used site back end to change the plugin name to xt-woo-floating-cart.old
    6. tried to login again and all working fine!!

    so obviously its this plugin…

    ***Other issues that were present:
    – cannot change any settings on all plugins or site or any options ..anywhere !
    – WordPress.com account caused jetpack to not be able to connect to my site …

its like it was frozen… you can look but you cant touch !
P.S. I did get to log in before reverting back to a previous version of the site.. but the only way was through BlueHost account connection to site.

so…what do we do here..update after update as a PAYING client..gonna need some serious solutions and please don’t request that a ticket is opened….this in itself should be enough…

    thx

I cannot find the “rollback” section of previous
    Versions of this plugin.
Under advanced – should be a drop down to re-download previous versions…

    Where can I get that?
