    Hello Everyone!

    Thanks for using Simple Calendar. We want to make using our plugin as simple and seamless as possible. We just ask that you read through this post completely before posting a new support topic so you know what to expect.

    Response Time

    Our support team will be going through threads and replying on this board about once a week. If you need faster assistance, we encourage you to purchase a premium add-on or bundle. Premium support covers both the Simple Calendar premium add-ons and core plugin. It is also monitored on a daily basis.

    Reporting and Fixing Bugs

    Bugs are the main thing we want to pinpoint through these support forums. If we can work together to squash bugs this will make the experience of using Simple Calendar better for everyone. We have multiple resources at your disposal if you are looking for support other than a bug. If you can’t find it in our documentation or resources then please feel free to post your question.

    For feature requests you can open a new issue on GitHub or contact us here. If you are a developer you can also open up a pull request. We’d be happy to check it out and discuss it with you.

    Submitting a Support Issue

    After reviewing the above documentation, you’re still stuck, please describe your issue in as much detail as possible to help us narrow things down. To help get your issue resolved as fast as possible we ask you provide what you can from the following:

    • Check for theme, plugin and widget conflicts.
    • Review the system requirements.
    • Link to screenshots of your calendar settings using a screen sharing service like Dropbox, Cloudup, or Jing/Screencast.
    • Link to or paste in your system report text file from Calendars > Tools from your site’s dashboard.
    • Paste in the shortcode and event builder codes you’re using.
    • Create and link a test page with the issue so we can take a look.
