  • Please only post issues regarding the free version of Contact Form 7 Image CAPTCHA here in this support forum. This will help me to resolve issues quicker as I will know exactly which plugin (free or pro) to de-bug.

    The free version of this plugin and the pro version are basically different plugins due to the extended nature of the pro version.

    I have tried in every way to contact you through the site https://kccomputing.net
    both the contact me section and the ticket section do not allow me to send anything, it gives me an error or violation message … I also asked another person to try and he has the same problem, I also tried with various browsers but the forms don’t seem to work, I searched for an email address on the site so I don’t have to use the contact form, but I haven’t found it, so the only way I can contact you is to write here. I purchased the premium version of the Contact form 7 image captcha pro plugin and I need the receipt with the company data, is there an email to which I can send you the data and also my order number?

    I apologize for the inconvenience, I do not include my email on my site to help avoid spam. There are bots out there who’s job is to search though websites for emails to add to their spam lists.

    if you are unable to submit a ticket, you can email kyle @ kccomputing.net (without the spaces)
