If you are a free user of this plugin, please post your issue in these forums. Although I check these forums regularly and will try to answer your questions when possible, the support for the free version is generally slower.
Before you post you can check out our documentation, FAQ and troubleshooting information. I also encourage you to search these forums for similar questions.
You have questions about the PRO version
Please don’t post anything related with the Pro version in these forums. The www.remarpro.com staff will close your thread if you do this.
Please use the contact options in our page instead.
You can ask any pre-sale questions there or if you have already subscribed to Pro, you’ll get priority support through that form or the builtin contact form in the plugin.

As mentioned above, we differentiate between free and pro support. If you have a license for the Pro version of the plugin you’re entitled to priority support and can send us an email at any time with questions about the setup and basic use of the plugin. Most likely it will be me – the plugin author – who answers and I’ll try to answer as fast as possible.
