• I upgraded to Elementor Pro after starting with Elementor. Although I do like the simplicity and a lot of the features, there are a couple things you should be aware of and hence the reason for the 1-star.

Elementor can be buggy. Be very careful with your theme and when you update ALL plugins. *** BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP *** Elementor has crashed my website and forget about using their support.

Also, be careful if you try to import pages from one of your other websites using Elementor. It will remove features and you better get some serious Bug Spray like OFF, and did I mention, their support will not be able to help you. That is a 100% guarantee!

Their support responds back to you by email, but not once have they been able to answer a simple question or provide any solution. They either can’t read and comprehend English, or they honestly don’t have a level of understanding of their plugin.

Today I don’t know why I tried, but I sent an email about updating the fonts after watching one of their videos and reading their article online. The submenu indicator arrows are not showing on my menu. I started out the email that I had already researched and read about their upgrade process to Font Awesome5.

The guy responded with a link to the same article and video I read. I even included screenshots of my menu and the settings the article talks about.

For me to take the time to review anything is rare, but I finally decide to take the time to give them what they deserve.

Again, the plugin has some great features, but if a bug appears or you need any support, don’t count on it. When my site crashed and I had to fix the bugs, I hired a guy that told me what the problem was immediately and fixed my site.

If you decide to use it, hire someone rather than wasting time with their support.
