  • This is the message I posted and there must be a way for me to receive help without giving all my personal information out. My wordpress user name,password, FTP user and passwordI cannot just give this information out. I have paid to be a pro member and should have to release all this information if i need help.

    Hello I have Easy Media Pro And I am having problems with the Google maps Thumbnail. When I make the map and set the thumbnail to show at measurements 494×264 no images for the thumbnail will display. If I just leave it at the standard square shape then the thumb images show. I need the thumb to be this rectangular shape at 494×264.

    Can someone please help me with this?

    I just hav purchased ur pro version but as i am installing the plugin it shows this message

    Plugin install failed.

    Please help me ASAP
