React press

Error while trying to use the following icon from the Manifest: https://localhost:3001/logo192.png (Download error or resource isn’t a valid image)
My react image is not showing.. I tried to change another image and it doesnt work too.. Only if its a image link.. that seems to work ..
Any solution?

After I embed on wordpress the CSS colours and images are not retrievable.. its seems okay on local server
