react.dom error

  • Recently, I opened network tab while editing my front page and found this error:

* Move data fetching code or side effects to componentDidUpdate.

* Rename componentWillReceiveProps to UNSAFE_componentWillReceiveProps to suppress this warning in non-strict mode. In React 17.x, only the UNSAFE_ name will work. To rename all deprecated lifecycles to their new names, you can run <code>npx react-codemod rename-unsafe-lifecycles</code> in your project source folder.

  • This could be related to one of your builder or plugins that uses React.js. That’s you will need to fix the depreciate API or stick to the current version without upgrade React.js.

    If it’s related to WordPress itself, you can safely ignore a warning message.
