Reaching out to old members with a new membership offer

    we want to achieve the result that if the site recognizes a visitor who was already a registered member in the past, it offers him a new membership again – (simply speaking renewal of the subscription) Where can I find this setting? I can’t find it anywhere…

    Hi @john75,

    Unfortunately this is not possible with our plugin. As a workaround you can add a discount code in the Expired Subscription Email.
