Re-works the “Send Alerts” options

  • Hi,

    I would like to suggest the “Send Alerts” option could use some re-work.

    Currently the ‘daily’ alert is triggered after every scan. Which is okay for me, but the option description is not accurate.

    The description states “if you want to be notified about new vulnerabilities“. I can’t think of a scenario where users would like to wait till Monday morning (or any other specific weekday) finding out about a dangerous vulnerability ??

    Why not tie this option to the “Scan Interval” ? Like this:

    The ‘only once a’ options will make sure email recipients won’t be spammed every hour for a new vulnerability.
