Loving this plugin and using it to make some galleries.

Sometimes I want to move images into different galleries, however I do not see the downloaded images in the media library. The only way I seem to be able to get them is to go and search / download again.

    Am I missing something?

Or are they somewhere in the media library…or stored somewhere different (if so, it would be great if they could be stored in media library for easy re-use)?

Hi @phirefly, the files are indeed stored in the media library, so you should be able to find them. However, you might be seeing only images attached to a certain post, depending on what fields you are using.

Would you mind contacting via the https://stocpack.co/contact link along with the data from the “Debug” tab of the plugin in settings?

This should help me with replicating the issue and getting an accurate response back.

Please note that I am out of the office, so I will reply tomorrow.

I am closing this ticket, but feel free to reopen.

    UPDATE:

Marking this as ‘resolved’ – it seems to be related to creating a gallery with Elementor.

Normal gallery works as expected ??
