Re-uploaded wp-admin now not working properly

Did you download the same version of WordPress as you were using on your site?

Yes, and to be sure I just went to re-install under updates and still no difference…

This stinks, my site is in operable and there’s no way to find out why. Is there other forums to post in?

Did you accidentally delete anything else? Like is your wp-content folder okay? Check your .htaccess as well. The backup should have had all those.

Your site currently returns more than 40, 403 errors, and at least half a dozen 404’s. Try correcting the permission errors on everything from /wp-content on down, and continue on from there.

I had changed the permissions to try and get my upload function to utilize the flash uploader, but now I realize that’s a no-no. I don’t know how to mark this solved. Thank you people.
