Just to clarify, you uninstalled and deleted the plugin. From here did you reinstall? If you need help with reinstalling, I can give you pointers for that.
If you already reinstalled and just need to move ahead to setup, you can start that process by navigating from your WordPress dashboard to Donations. The setup wizard isn’t actually a necessary part of the process, it just walks you through how to create a donation form, shows you some informational pages. In case you’d like to see that, I created a screencast that shows you each of those steps, and I’m including links below as well:
