Re-send verification Template

I have a technical question regarding the email tempaltes.
I am using a custom template plugin email verificaiton of new customer registration.
However, when I use the plugin to customize the template, there is a problem with the re+send verification email.
The resend verification email does not include the verificaiton link. Furthermore, I can not find it with the plugin I am using to edit or even in file manager.
The strangest thing though is that even this template is not edited, but rather I only edited the new customer verification email, this one is also altered. But when plugin is not used for email editing, the re+send verification email shows just fine.
