    Is there any way to set a cooldown after the verification email is sent?

    To prevent spam of verification link being re-sent multiple times within a short period of time.

    Would be better if by default, users would need to wait at least 2 mins before they can re-send the verification email, and then it gradually increases, from 2 to 5 to 10 mins and so on, the more they try to re-send it in the same day, the cooldown gets longer.

    Hi @redeyedrocker ,

    Sorry for the long delay.

    Although It’s not exactly what you’ve suggested, I’ve created something similar to the plugin, a new option “Email > Activation Email > Automatic resending” that resends the activation email automatically to the user that has not yet been verified. It’s possible to control the frequency it’s going to be sent and the maximum number of attempts.

    It’s available on the pro version only for now. Let me know if it helps.
