Re-send Log Email delivers as plain text.

    I wanted to re-send an email that originally failed, so I used the “Resend” feature in the log. The email is an HTML email from our Gravity Forms, but when I received the email it didn’t render the HTML. Is there something in the logs that would prevent the HTML from being delivered properly?

    @tonygatehouse If you have just recently upgraded to the latest version, test this on any emails going out after the plugin was updated. It won’t be backward compatible. At least that’s what I found.

    Thanks @monkeypress confirming I tested after installing the beta v.1.4-rc.2 supplied by @haseeb0001

    @haseeb0001 On further testing, I can confirm that the issue is resolved when resending emails submitted via Gravity Forms. However, the issue remains for emails delivered through WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Follow Ups extension that we use for customer communications.

    @tonygatehouse which email you are using in woo commerce setting? the same one you are using in POST SMTP?

    I’m having the same problem, using Gravity and Post SMTP to deliver but comes through as plain text showing html tags etc.

    If I disable the Post SMTP plugin it comes through fine but goes to spam, if I enable Post SMTP it doesn’t go to spam but comes through unformatted.

    Both plugins are the latest version.

    @netfuelltd You’ve having a completely different issue all together. I would definitely start up a new thread. This thread was specifically about re-sending emails that worked properly when initially being sent from Gravity Forms.
