re-publishing and Mailster plugin

Hello,
I use Mailster mailing list plugin to send and auto campaign whenever I publish any new post, However, it doesn’t work when your plugin republish old posts, it’s supposed that Mailster send a newsletter to subscribers with the re-published post, however, that does not happen…
I want Maildster to send a mail every time your plugin republish an old post, is this possible?
