Re-Position "Previous" & "Next" Button

  • Currently after someone read my post they will see the “related” button. Where they will have the option to click on similar post but I’d rather have the “previous” and “next” button right there.

    I would like it to follow this order
    – the end of my post, signaled by my “lets talk i would love to hear from you
    – then right after the option to go to my “previous” or “next” post, but in my blog theme it reads the actual name of the post
    -then i would like related right after

    Please help, I appreciate it in advance!
