re-position does not work.

    Hi,
    I re-position two fields: First name and Last name.

    last_name field is put the top and first_name field follows the last_name field. But they have not changed. Could you let me know what the problem is?

    I tried enabling and disabling all the checkboxes in the Locale Override Settings in Advanced Settings Tab, but to no avail.
