Re-Ordering Display of Projects

Dear Brandon,

Ordering can be done while adding Single Category View or Multiple Category view in a Post or Page.
Apart from the default ordering, there are two more options supported for ordering
1. Project Name
2. Creation Date on Behance.

Please follow below steps:
1. Go to Add Page/Post page in the dashboard.
2. From the editor, click on “Behance Portfolio Manager” option. A popup will appear.
3. Select Single Category layout or Multiple Category Layout.
4. You will find an “Order By” option to change the Order.
5. Update order and save the settings.

While this is ok, is there anyway you can add some sort of self-numbering system? Default, Project Name, Creation date on Behance are good selections…but adding something like “Custom Order” would be better. And then inside of “Portfolio Manager > All Projects” we can assign them numbers [0-999] to have them ordered the way we want them presented?

If not, then our only choice is to delete and re-upload full projects on Behance in order to gain custom re-ordering which is inefficient.

Thank you for the suggestion. We will definitely look into this and try to add this feature in the coming versions.

Hey there, sorry to hijack the thread but it’s a very similar question. I like being able to order by creation date on Behance but I would really like it reversed, with the most recent projects at the top. Is this possible and if not, is it something you could add?

Thanks for using the Portfolio Manager.

While creating a layout, the popup offers you to sort the projects Ascending or Descending.

So you can select “Order by: Creation Date on Behance”
and then on “Sort by” option, you select Descending.
