Re-order Products

Hi there.
Can someone please help me re-order the products I have on my homepage?

From the dashboard I have been in a specific product, scrolled down to product data>advanced>menu order.. and from there I have ordered all products.

They still randomize differently each time I open the website.

Any tips for a complete rookie?!
