  • Hi,

Unfortunately, we have no way to help you troubleshoot this issue as it is a rare and unpredictable occurrence. And, we’ve never had anyone else reporting the exact or similar issue to us. However, what you can do is to check and make sure you’re not using any other plugin for caching when you implement caching with LS Cache.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

I saw such case before due to corrupted SWAP dir on webserver

if you have access, please try clean up directory /tmp/lshttpd/swap/

Hi @tenkstars @qtwrk, thanks so much for getting back to me! Unfortunately, I won’t be able to locate /tmp/lshttpd/swap/ folder on our shared-hosting server. The website is all fine now after purging the cache but I was just wondering if there’s way we could prevent it from happening again? Also will the sudden spike in traffic in theory corrupt the SWAP folder? Curious to know your thoughts on this. Thanks again!
