your site is filled with style sections within the code, that always set the links to color #ff0000; probably from within the post contents.

edit each post, using the html setting of the post editor, and clean up.

We have never had this problem to occur until recently when we added and then uninstalled a wp e-commerce plugin which evidently made some changes to our theme template. The problem we think is not with each individual post; but somewhere else in our theme template.
