    I request you to re-launch forum based support. It’s easy to resolve minor issues ourself. Also we can help each others.

    If anything goes wrong we have to wait for 24 hours. I am not saying you are taking whole 24 hours. But at least we need to wait for 6 hours are so. But, if there is a forum we can do our own fixes. Thanks in advance for your time.

    While we have been considering it, we’re not close to taking that step right now, as managing the forum takes up too much of our time.

    In the meantime, you can join this Facebook group for community help and the exchange of ideas.
