Re-installing WordPress files

  • I have been told by iPage that my WordPress files have been compromised, and that I should delete them and re-install them from backup.

    Huh? I don’t need a backup, since I have got them from wordpress.

    So if I delete all the wordpress files (but leave the database untouched) how do I re-install all the files from WordPress.
