For using WordPress on my PC, I installed Microsoft Web Platform Installer. With this I downloaded and installed everything required to run WordPress on my local computer, MySQL etc.

Microsoft WebMatrix was also installed, I was prompted to create a wp database with 5 minutes process. Username and password for new database was entered, and my wp admin panel became active.

After this I happened to uninstall WordPress from my system along with MySQL and other things which were installed previously. Everything was cleanly uninstalled of my PC.

Now I happen to re-install wp on same pc, but the old database is creating hindrance. It says ”enter database password”, also doesn’t allow me to create a new database, as it says ”cannot connect to the database”.

Now what I think is, to remove all old database/localhost things out completely so that my new installation can let me run WordPress again.

I can also give screenshots of what problem I am facing from 2 months.
    Thank you in advance.
