re install plugins after crash

  • I had a website crash on me and I’m rebuilding a new site on a new server.
    Is there a way to restore the plugins from the previous website?
    There were some purchased plugins that are needed on the new site.
    This old website is still on the old HDD and can be accessed either by attaching drive to new server. However I cannot access it via MySQL for some reason.
